About the gym

Motion House exists to build capable humans.

We bridge the gap between rehab and performance by combining clinical exercise physiology with high-quality strength and conditioning. Whether someone is recovering from injury, building strength for life, or pushing performance, our approach meets them where they are—and moves them forward with purpose.

At Motion House, we don’t chase quick fixes or burnout-style training. We coach for the long term. Every session is built around movement quality, strength, and capacity, ensuring our members not only perform better but feel better doing it.
